Customs duty is not paid if the United States orders under 800 USD, Ukraine 150 EUR, Azerbaijan 500 EUR, European Union Countries 22 EUR, Gulf Cooperation Countries under 270 USD.

How can I exchange and return the product I have purchased?
You can return the products you want to return or exchange, provided that they are unused, within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product by paying the shipping fee.Before sending, you must contact us and state the reason for the return. After the product reaches us, the condition of the products will be checked before making an exchange or return. (Personalized products are not refundable..) If your return transaction is accepted, the amount withdrawn to your credit card by our company will be refunded within 3-10 business days, excluding the shipping fee.
